This webpage was created on a
Pentium PC running a Linux operating system
with Gnu tools. The HTML code was programmed by
hand, as opposed to using an authoring tool environment such as Netscape
Composer (not that there's anything wrong with that). The code was written
using the XEmacs
editor and was viewed on Netscape. All of the custom graphics (such as the
ubiquitous "Miss Pearl" embossed background) except for the icons on
the links page were created using the GIMP
(Gnu Image Manipulation Program).
